First of all let me tell you how much we love the custom rollouts that you built and installed for us! We have had them for about 6 weeks now and we are completely thrilled with how they look and how they perform. We have gained so much storage room in our cabinets and they have made getting to stored items so much easier. We actually found things we didn’t know we had.

As a fellow woodworker, I am very very impressed with your craftsmanship; your work is impeccable. The build of the drawers is extremely solid and of the highest quality. The installation was the most professional I have ever witnessed. The drawers roll effortlessly on their glides and without the slightest noise; all testimony to the time you took to make certain they were installed both level and true.

One last thing, I cannot begin to express my gratitude to you for making our install a priority. It has made accessing the contents of our cabinets so much simpler for Deb.

I feel very fortunate to have had Craig from Custom Roll-outs referred to me by a certified kitchen designer in the St. Paul area. Craig is both an excellent craftsman and businessman.

            With a background in furniture refinishing, Craig has a thorough knowledge of working with wood and has high standards for his projects. He takes great pride in producing something that is both beautiful and functional. He carefully set up a work area in my home and thoroughly cleaned up after himself each day. You only knew he was there because drawers and cupboards worked so much better after he left. He has access to the resources to solve problems unique to each home he works in. Craig was very easy to have around; I felt equally comfortable being there with him or leaving him there on his own.

            He was also very professional about his business. He always arrived on time. He showed me samples and photos of his work and gave me a complete estimate for my project. If there were changes that needed to be made in the design or questions about anything, Craig always called me first.

            In these days of mass production and shoddy workmanship, Craig is a rare find—a craftsman willing to tackle any project with pride and perfection.

We are very pleased and happy with the quality of work that Custom Roll-Outs did on the new roll-outs in our kitchen. Craig came to our home to meet with us and listened to our requirements and measured everything accurately for building and installing our roll-outs.

He installed 9 different roll-outs for our pantry, for our pots and pans and for our baking dishes and provided recommendations and suggestions on what options would work best for us. He completed the installation in an efficient and timely manner with little or no mess and cleaned up after himself before he left. He took extra care to inspect everything in order to make sure it met his and our expectations.

Craig refinished an antique library table for us and did a fantastic job. He is really knowledgeable about different types of woods and stains. I appreciated his collaborative style. He asked a lot of questions to ensure the final product met our expectations, and he provided great ideas to help guide our decisions. He is really meticulous, and he finished the piece faster than anticipated (although I know he put a ton of time and energy into it).
